Welcome to Azeje, the app discovery platform hosted at azeje.com. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a binding contract between you and Azeje. By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, including creating an account or submitting content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Azeje reserves the right to amend or update the Terms from time to time. Material updates will be communicated through the Platform, and continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirements and that you are legally capable of forming a binding contract.

Intellectual Property

All rights, ownership, and interests in the Platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, code, and underlying software, are owned by Azeje or their respective licensors. The Platform and its content are protected by intellectual property laws and treaties worldwide. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or reverse engineer any portion of the Platform without prior written consent from Azeje.

User-submitted content, including reviews, ratings, feedback, or other contributions (collectively, “User Content”) remains the property of the user who submits it. By submitting User Content, you grant Azeje a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform and related services. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Third-Party Links and Apps

The Platform may provide links or access to third-party apps and services that are hosted on external platforms such as Google Play. Azeje does not host, manage, or control these third-party apps or stores, and makes no representations about their content, reliability, or legality. Your interactions with third-party apps are governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. Azeje assumes no responsibility for, and disclaims all liability arising from, your use of such third-party apps or services. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Azeje of the third party.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” AZEJE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR TITLE. AZEJE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED BY YOU FROM AZEJE OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AZEJE AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM, OR YOUR RELIANCE ON OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE PLATFORM. IN NO EVENT SHALL AZEJE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO USE THE PLATFORM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US$100).

Termination

Azeje may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or suspicious or harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases, and you must discontinue use and destroy any downloaded materials, if applicable. The provisions concerning Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Limitation of Liability shall survive termination of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Azeje operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to the Terms

Azeje may modify these Terms at any time. We will endeavor to provide notice of material changes through the Platform or by other reasonable means. If you continue to use the Platform after the changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
